Storage of Customer Data. 19.9.1. The Merchant must store all customer data, such as usernames and passwords, in a proper manner that prevents Cardholder accounts or information from being compromised.

Xxxxx agrees only that it will not intentionally delete any Customer Data from the Rapta Platform prior to termination of Customer’s applicable Subscription Term. Rapta expressly disclaims all other obligations and liability with respect to storage and data backup unless expressly provided by Xxxxx in a written SOW.

Next Limit agrees it shall not intentionally delete any Customer Data from BEGRAPH prior to termination or expiration of Customer’s applicable subscription. Except as otherwise set forth herein, Next Limit expressly disclaims all other obligations with respect to storage of Customer Data.
