Customer Obligations Customer shall:

Use of information, data and software In the event that you receive any data, information or software via the Trading Platform other than that which you are entitled to receive pursuant to this Client Agreement, you will immediately notify us and will not use, in any way whatsoever, such data, information or software.
Customer Information CPNI of a Customer and any other non-public, individually identifiable information about a Customer or the purchase by a Customer of the services or products of a Party.
Information Obligations You will provide information or other materials related to Your Content that we reasonably request to verify your compliance with the DSA. If you become aware of any of the following actual or potential events you shall promptly provide us with reasonable information and assistance regarding their mitigation and resolution: (i) unauthorized use of your Account; (ii) loss or theft of your Account information; (iii) circumstances or incidents affecting the security of the Platform or Services; or (iv) measures by authorities or court decisions specifically relating to your use of Services or the Platform which may affect the Platform or the Services.
Our Obligations Some obligations placed on us under this contract may be carried out by another person. If an obligation is placed on us to do something under this contract, then:
Data and Privacy 22.1 In making a booking we will ask for personal information such as your name, postal address, email address, telephone number and payment details. We could use the data to inform you about news and information we think may be of interest to you. We will not pass your information onto any third parties for the purposes of administration. Contractors will not be allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose that that which Pebble House may have instructed.
