Common use of Storage of Inflammable Materials Clause in Contracts

Storage of Inflammable Materials. Lessee shall not keep or permit to be kept at, in, or about the demised premises any gasoline, distillate, or other petroleum product, or any other substance or material of an explosive or inflammable nature in such quantities as may endanger any part of the demised premises without the written consent of all insurance companies carrying fire or rent insurance on all of the office building or any part thereof, or do any act or engage in any conduct which shall cause an increase in the fire insurance rates covering the office building over those charged by reason of the use thereof of the character permitted to Lessee.
