The storage of Classified, Controlled Unclassified, and Sensitive Information by a Domestic Communications Company or its contractors at any location outside of the United States is prohibited, unless the storage is at a U.S. military facility, a U.S. Embassy or Consulate or other location occupied by a U.S. government organization.
