Storage, Office Space. Tenant shall warehouse, store and/or stock in the Premises, only such goods, wares and merchandise as Tenant intends to offer for retail sale at, in, from or upon the Premises. This shall not preclude occasional emergency transfers of merchandise to the other stores of Tenant, if any, not located in the Entire Premises. Tenant shall use for office, clerical or other non-selling purposes only such space in the Premises as is from time to time reasonably required for Tenant’s business in the Premises.
