Common use of Storage Rate Clause in Contracts

Storage Rate. All Storage Product shall be paid on a monthly basis at the Storage Rate multiplied by the Storage Contract Capacity as adjusted for the Storage Capacity Test, for such month multiplied by the Availability Adjustment for such month (as determined under Exhibit P). Such payment constitutes the entirety of the amount due to Seller from Buyer for the Storage Product.
