Common use of Store Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Store Deliveries. It is agreed that no meat department employee shall enter into a truck or trailer for the purpose of unloading; however, during holiday weeks where the physical store cooler space is inadequate to handle a specific product volume, it is understood that a continuously refrigerated drop trailer will be considered during this specific period as a part of the store meat department cooler.
