STORE FRONT LOCATION. Contractor shall have a minimum of one (1) current business location within the City of San Diego limits. Contractor shall provide the assigned and designated contact name of the person at each store front location designated to answer questions regarding footwear prices, availability, specifications and construction, delivery, quality, or any aspect of the category of footwear bid found at the specified facility. Contractor shall provide store front location(s), specific category or categories of shoes found at that location, and additional information in accordance with the information provided on the Contractor(s) Store Front and Liaison Information form attached with this ITB.
STORE FRONT LOCATION. Dealer must operate its business under this Agreement at a location suitable for transacting business, which contains a display with Company brochures and advertising materials. Each of Dealer's store locations must be maintained in a first-class manner in order to promote and Protect company's business, reputation, and goodwill. Dealer may not establish any other location from which to conduct business under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Company, which may be granted or withheld in Company's sole discretion. Company has no liability to Dealer in connection with its approval of any location of Dealer or of any other dealer; Company's approval does not imply any assessment of the potential Profits or losses which may arise from Dealer's operations at any location. Company may base its decision on confidential information regarding its business plans and may decline to provide any reason for its decisions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the activities authorized under this Agreement are less than 10% of the total business conducted at the store location(s), Company will not Object to the solicitation of potential Subscribers at a new location of the same type unless Company can show substantial harm from this activity.
