Strategic Planning Services. The Consultant shall provide the following strategic planning services to the Company. The Consultant will undertake for, and consult with the Company as to, the management, marketing, consulting, strategic planning, corporate organization and structure, financial matters in connection with the operation of the business of the Company, expansion of services, and shall review and advise the Company regarding its overall progress, needs and condition. The Consultant agrees to provide on a timely basis the following enumerated services plus any additional services contemplated thereby:

Strategic Planning Services. Relating to its assistance with respect to the Financing, Kuhns Brothers shall provide the Xxxxxny with strategic planning services. Kuhns Brothers strategic planning xxxxices shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Strategic Planning Services. Administrator shall provide to OLPG the strategic planning services described on Exhibit A-1.
Strategic Planning Services. During the Term of this Agreement, Administrator, through its employees, subcontractors, vendors, and agents, shall provide the below-listed Administrative Services. In accordance with Section 5.3, OLPG shall pay Administrator for the Reimbursable Costs incurred in performing the Administrative Services set forth below.
Strategic Planning Services. Relating to its assistance with respect to the Financing, Kxxxx Brothers shall provide the Company with strategic planning services. Kxxxx Brothers strategic planning services shall include, but not be limited to, the following:
Strategic Planning Services. Personal services rendered by senior corporate management of Videotron in providing consultation and guidance to the Corporation's management regarding long-term corporate goals and strategies. Compensation for these services is calculated based on an assumed 72 person days per year, at cost (without allowance for profit), and is estimated at US$80,000 per year.
Strategic Planning Services. Snap-on will provide the following strategic planning services for Company: develop long-term policy-oriented plans to identify core competencies; devise plans and strategies respecting the development of new markets, products and programs; and assess existing programs and establish financial targets and profitability goals. Snap-on shall not be required to devote more than 20 employee hours to the performance of services under this Section during any one calendar quarter.
Strategic Planning Services. Strategic planning sessions with PTC executives, with such sessions to be on a periodic basis as mutually agreed from time to time.
Strategic Planning Services. For the strategic planning Services described in Section 1.1(a) above, PTC shall issue to Consultant a one-time grant of PTC’s common stock, $.01 par value per share, as an award of restricted stock pursuant to PTC’s 2000 Equity Incentive Plan in an amount equal to $40,000 on date of grant (based on the closing price of PTC’s common stock on such date, the “Shares”), the restrictions on which shall lapse in their entirety on the one year anniversary of the grant date or as otherwise set forth in the form of Restricted Stock Agreement attached hereto as Appendix A.
