Stream Networks guarantees. (a) To repair a Service Failure in line with the repair service the client has chosen. For Standard Service this means by midnight on the first weekday (not including public and bank holidays) after the day the fault is reported to Stream Networks; (b) Not to disconnect the Stream Networks Hosted IP telephony Service by mistake; and
