Street Name Shares. With respect to the 523,650 Schedule A Shares beneficially owned by Xxxxxx X. Xxxx (2000) Limited Partnership which are held of record by Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx & Co., Inc. (the “Broker”), Xxxxxx X. Xxxx (2000) Limited Partnership shall, by no later than March 1, 2007, deliver a letter to the Broker that informs the Broker of such Shareholder's obligations under this Agreement and that informs the Broker that the Broker may not act in disregard of such obligations without the prior written consent of Parent.
