A "Strengths based" clause establishes that the parties will focus on leveraging the existing strengths, skills, and resources of individuals or organizations involved in the agreement. In practice, this means that rather than concentrating on deficits or areas of weakness, the parties agree to identify and build upon positive attributes, such as expertise, past successes, or available assets. This approach encourages a more empowering and collaborative environment, ultimately aiming to maximize outcomes by utilizing what is already working well and fostering growth through positive reinforcement.
