Stress Testing Reports. Sub-Administrator will provide to Administrator stress testing reports at the agreed upon frequency in Excel or PDF format. Each report will include the dates the stress tests were performed and the magnitude of the hypothetical event that would cause the deviation of a Fund’s net asset value calculated using available market quotations (or appropriate substitutes which reflect current market conditions) from its net asset value per share to exceed 1⁄2 of 1%.
