Strict Performance of Covenants. The failure of any party to seek redress for a violation of, or to insist upon strict performance of, any provision hereof shall not prevent a subsequent act, which would have originally constituted a violation of such provision or any other provision hereof, from having the effect of an original violation of such provision or any other provision hereof.
