Common use of Strong Client Authentication Clause in Contracts

Strong Client Authentication. In accordance with the law, Paynovate applies Strong Client Authentication when it: ● accesses the Client’s Online Payment Account; ● initiates an Electronic Payment Transaction; ● executes an Operation through a means of remote communication, which may involve a risk of fraud in payment or other fraudulent use. Strong Authentication is performed by the input of a 2-factor authentication code received by SMS on the phone number associated with the User, in the dedicated field of the Application.
