Structural Supports Clause Samples
The 'Structural supports' clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the design, installation, and maintenance of structural elements that support a building or construction project. This clause typically specifies which party is responsible for ensuring that beams, columns, foundations, and other load-bearing components meet safety and engineering standards. For example, it may require the contractor to use materials that comply with local building codes and to obtain necessary inspections. The core function of this clause is to ensure the structural integrity of the project, thereby minimizing the risk of failure and clarifying accountability for structural safety.
