Structure Access Request - Ducts and Conduit Sample Clauses

The Structure Access Request - Ducts and Conduit clause governs the process by which one party may request permission to access and use another party’s ducts and conduit infrastructure. Typically, this involves submitting a formal request detailing the intended use, location, and duration of access, and may require compliance with technical and safety standards set by the infrastructure owner. The core function of this clause is to establish a clear, standardized procedure for obtaining access, thereby minimizing disputes and ensuring that the infrastructure is used safely and efficiently.
