Structure Replacement Credit Sample Clauses
Structure Replacement Credit. For the costs of Authority Facilities that must be replaced to accommodate Licensee’s Attachments, Licensee will receive a structure replacement credit based on the number of years the life of the replaced structure is extended (“Structure Replacement Credit”) for the Accepted Design Package. The Make Ready costs of Authority Facilities replacements will be credited on Licensee’s invoices against the Attachment charges until that credit is zero ($0.00) or for the life of this Agreement, whichever occurs first. Should the Structure Replacement Credits survive the length of this Agreement, Santee ▇▇▇▇▇▇ will not reimburse Licensee any credits remaining after the expiration of this Agreement. Structure Replacement Credits are only applicable to the Accepted Design Package they apply to and will not be applied across projects.
