Common use of Structured Deposits Clause in Contracts

Structured Deposits. 6.1 The terms and conditions of each Structured Deposit shall be agreed prior to its commencement, either orally or in writing, and confirmed in an Applicable Agreement. You shall if required by us, execute and return such Applicable Agreement to us forthwith, and in any event, within such time period as may be specified by us. 6.2 Interest (if any) in respect of a Structured Deposit shall accrue and be paid in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Applicable Agreement. You acknowledge that payment of interest may be contingent on the performance of an Underlying as specified in the Applicable Agreement.
