Common use of Structuring Fee Clause in Contracts

Structuring Fee. In consideration for the time, effort and expense involved in the preparation, negotiation and execution of this Agreement, at the time of the execution and delivery of this Agreement by the Company and MetLife, the Company will pay to MetLife in immediately available funds a fee (herein called the “Structuring Fee”) as mutually agreed upon, in accordance with the wire instructions that MetLife shall provide.
