Common use of Student Acknowledgement of Policies Clause in Contracts

Student Acknowledgement of Policies. Student (or legal guardian of a minor student), by entering into this Agreement, acknowledges that he/she has read, understands, and agrees to comply with all University and Department regulations, policies, standards, and procedures (collectively, the “Policies”) more fully set forth on the websites reached by the links below and incorporated herein by reference (which Policies University may update or amend from time to time, as it sees fit):
