School Any public elementary or secondary school including a charter school, universal pre- kindergarten program authorized pursuant to Education Law § 3602-e, an approved provider of preschool special education, any other publicly funded pre-kindergarten program, a school serving children in a special act school district as defined in Education Law § 4001, an approved private school for the education of students with disabilities, a State-supported school subject to the provisions of Article 85 of the Education Law, or a State-operated school subject to the provisions of Articles 87 or 88 of the Education Law.
School Nurses The salary of a nurse with a graduate nursing degree will be 90% of the XX Xxxx of Schedule A. The salary of a nurse with a BS Nursing Degree will be the same as the XX Xxxx of Schedule A.
Cooperation in international fora The Parties shall endeavour to cooperate in all international fora where issues relevant to this partnership are discussed.
SCHOOLING The Parents agree to work together to ensure that the Child(ren) receive a quality education and shall cooperating in making decisions regarding the Child(ren)’s education. The Parents shall share information about the Child(ren)’s academic progress and shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Child(ren) complete assigned homework and projects.
Destination CSU-Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between CCA and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Science in Physics (Secondary Education Emphasis). This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.
Commercial Automobile Insurance If the Grantee’s duties include the use of a commercial vehicle, the Grantee shall maintain automobile liability, bodily injury, and property damage coverage. Insuring clauses for both bodily injury and property damage shall provide coverage on an occurrence basis. The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy. The minimum limits shall be as follows: $200,000/300,000 Automobile Liability for Company-Owned Vehicles, if applicable $200,000/300,000 Hired and Non-owned Automobile Liability Coverage
School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use audio-visual and/or duplicating equipment provided all costs incurred therewith are paid for by the Association. Association use of school equipment shall not interfere with school use. The building principal must approve any Association use that involves a cost.
Orthotic Appliances Coverage for Orthotic Appliances is limited to custom-made leg, arm, back and neck braces, when related to a surgical procedure or when used in an attempt to avoid surgery, and is necessary to carry out normal activities of daily living excluding sports activities. Coverage includes the initial purchase, fitting or adjustment. Replacements are covered only when Medically Necessary due to a change in bodily configuration. All other Orthotic Appliances are not covered. The determination of whether a covered item will be paid under the DME, orthotics or prosthetics benefits will be based upon its classification as defined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
