Common use of Student Engineers Clause in Contracts

Student Engineers. It is agreed that the Company will continue its practice of employing persons with some college or university education as Student Engineers, which employees will be transferred from time to time from one job to another, as desired by the Company for training. Student Engineers are not under the scope of this Agreement and shall do no work which will affect the continued employment of any employees under this Agreement, nor adversely affect the opportunities of such employees for promotion to jobs in the first level of supervision, as set forth in Article 10.
