Common use of Student Loan Purchase Agreements Clause in Contracts

Student Loan Purchase Agreements. The Authority shall take actions reasonably necessary to enforce all material provisions of any of its Student Loan Purchase Agreements requiring each Seller to repurchase student loans Financed under this Indenture which have lost or never had their Guarantee or Insurance due to actions or omissions of such Seller.
