Student Records; Grading and Performance Evaluation. UCLA EXTENSION shall maintain all records of Student performance in the clinical program as evaluated and transmitted by AFFILIATE. UCLA EXTENSION shall be responsible for the final grading of students placed with the AFFILIATE.
