Student Transcripts. College credits earned under this program will be duly entered on the student’s NWFSC transcript as well as on the student’s high school transcript. Students may review their college course records through the RaiderNet 2.0 Portal. Navigating Students enrolling in courses under this program will receive academic advising from NWFSC navigators. Students may visit college navigators at any college location on an appointment basis. In addition, students may complete the college online orientation and will be provided online access to the Florida automated advising system (FACTS) at the college sites. Tuition and Fees Students registering for courses in this program will be assessed no tuition or fees; such fees will be exempted by the college. Students are eligible for the dual enrollment fee exemption through the last term of their high school enrollment; graduating seniors are not eligible for dual enrollment status and fee exemption during the term immediately following their graduation date, even if the registration period or college classes begin prior to the student’s actual graduation date.

Student Transcripts. Student transcripts are maintained by the School indefinitely. Students are entitled upon request to two official transcripts at no cost upon completion of the Program. Additional transcripts may be issued for a fee of $20.00 per official transcript. The fee for official school transcripts is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the School.
Student Transcripts. Student transcripts are maintained by the School for a minimum five (5) year period. Official transcripts shall be released only when tuition is paid in full, or upon completion of the 1,300 hours of service to BW specified in the Reimbursement and Service Agreement.   • Mediation Results Any agreements resulting from mediation shall be memorialized in writing.   • Complaints and Feedback 15.3.1 The primary responsibility for receiving feedback and investigating complaints promptly and thoroughly in respect of the Services will rest with the Provider. The Provider will have procedures in place including but not limited to a complaints framework, which are acceptable to the Department, to gather and act upon feedback and complaints from Learners and/or their representatives and employers and the wider community. The Provider must also keep a log of the complaints received which will be accessible to the Department upon request.

  • Audit Findings Vendor shall implement any required safeguards as identified by Citizens or by any audit of Vendor’s privacy and security controls.

  • INJUNCTIVE RELIEF: REFORMULATION AND WARNINGS As of the Effective Date, Xxxxxxxx shall manufacture, import, or otherwise source for authorized sale in California only Reformulated Products, as defined pursuant to Section 2.1 below, unless such Products are labeled with a clear and reasonable Proposition 65 warning pursuant to Section 2.2 below. Products that were supplied to third parties by Xxxxxxxx prior to the Effective Date shall be deemed exempted from the requirements of this Section 2 and shall be permitted to be sold through as previously manufactured, packaged and labeled.

  • Composition and Meetings The Committee shall be comprised of equal number of representatives of the hospital and from the Union. The number of representatives is to be determined locally, and shall consist of at least two representatives from each party. Meetings of the Committee shall be held during normal working hours. Representatives attending such meetings during their regularly-scheduled hours of work shall not lose regular earnings as a result of such attendance. The Hospital shall make typing and other such clerical assistance available as required. Each party shall appoint a co-chair for the Committee. Disclosure To allow the Labour Adjustment Committee to carry out its mandated role under this Article, the Hospital will provide the Committee with pertinent financial and staffing information and with a copy of any reorganization plans which impact on the bargaining unit. Accountability The Committee shall submit its written recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer of the Hospital and the Board of Trustees. Where there is no consensus within the Committee, the individual members of the committee shall be entitled to submit their own recommendations. Any agreement between the Hospital and the Union resulting from the above review concerning the method of implementation will take precedence over the other provisions of this agreement.

  • Educational Records Educational Records are official records, files and data directly related to a student and maintained by the school or local education agency, including but not limited to, records encompassing all the material kept in the student’s cumulative folder, such as general identifying data, records of attendance and of academic work completed, records of achievement, and results of evaluative tests, health data, disciplinary status, test protocols and individualized education programs. For purposes of this DPA, Educational Records are referred to as Student Data.   • Laboratory a. Drug tests shall be conducted by laboratories licensed and approved by SAMSHA which comply with the American Occupational Medical Association (AOMA) ethical standards. Upon advance notice, the parties retain the right to inspect the laboratory to determine conformity with the standards described in this policy. The laboratory will only test for drugs identified in this policy. The City shall bear the cost of all required testing unless otherwise specified herein.

  • Clinical 2.1 Provides comprehensive evidence based nursing care to patients including assessment, intervention and evaluation.
