Student’s Obligations. The Student agrees to observe and perform all rules and regulations issued by the College or the University of Cambridge from time to time, and to comply with any premises licence operated by the College. 6.1 The Student agrees to observe and perform the Student's Obligations and any failure to do so will result in breach of this Tenancy Agreement.
