Common use of Sub-Adviser’s Fee Clause in Contracts

Sub-Adviser’s Fee. The Fund shall pay to the Sub-Adviser on or before the tenth (10th) day of each month a payment equal to an annualized rate of 90 basis points (0.90%). Upon any termination of this Agreement on a day other than the last day of the month the fee for the period from the beginning of the month in which termination occurs to the date of termination shall be prorated according to the proportion which such period bears to the full month.

Sub-Adviser’s Fee. The Fund shall pay to the Sub-Adviser on or before the tenth (10th) day of each month a payment fee equal to an annualized rate of 90 __ basis points (0.90_____%)) of the daily average net assets of Fund. Upon any termination of this Agreement on a day other than the last day of the month the fee for the period from the beginning of the month in which termination occurs to the date of termination shall be prorated according to the proportion which such period bears to the full month.

Upon any termination of this Agreement on a day other than the last day of the month the fee for the period from the beginning of the month in which termination occurs to the date of termination shall be prorated according to the proportion which such period bears to the full month.
