Common use of Sub-Advisory Fee Clause in Contracts

Sub-Advisory Fee. Pursuant to Paragraph 4, the Adviser shall pay the Sub-Adviser a fee for its services to the AdvisorShares Ranger Equity Bear ETF calculated daily at an annual rate of 1.00% based on the average daily net assets of the Fund.

Sub-Advisory Fee. Pursuant to Paragraph 45, the Adviser shall pay the Sub-Adviser a fee for its services to the AdvisorShares Ranger Equity Bear Newfleet Multi-Sector Income ETF calculated daily at an annual rate of 1.000.25% based on the average daily net assets of the Fund.

Sub-Advisory Fee. Pursuant to Paragraph 45, the Adviser shall pay the Sub-Adviser a fee for its services to the AdvisorShares Ranger Equity Bear Cornerstone Small Cap ETF calculated daily at an annual rate of 1.000.35% based on the average daily net assets of the Fund.

Sub-Advisory Fee. Pursuant to Paragraph 4, the Adviser shall pay the Sub-Adviser a fee for its services to the AdvisorShares Ranger DoubleLine Value Equity Bear ETF calculated daily at an annual rate of 1.000.35% based on the average daily net assets of the Fund.
