Sub-Allocated Annual Payments. Each Component, phase or sub-Component thereof shall be responsible for the amount determined by multiplying the applicable Sub-Allocation Percentage by the Annual Payments (the “Sub-Allocated Annual Payments”). Such responsibility shall commence on the earlier of the Grand Opening Date or six (6) years from the Development Rights Fee Funding Date.
