Sub-business Associates. OSMI agrees to enter into written contracts with any of its agents or independent contractors who receive PHI related to Provider patients from OSMI or create PHI on behalf of the Provider and such contracts shall obligate OSMI’s agents or independent contractors to abide by the conditions and terms of this Addendum.
