Common use of Sub-contracting Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Sub-contracting Restrictions. Except for the sub-contracting provisions specified herein, Contractor shall not assign or sub-contract any portion of the Agreement for services to be rendered without prior written consent of MVEMSA and any assignment made contrary to the provisions of this section may be deemed a material breach of the Agreement and, at the option of MVEMSA shall not convey any rights to the assignee.
