Sub-Contractors and Agents. In addition to the requirements set out elsewhere, the Supplier shall: (a) Ensure that Supplier Personnel comply with the provisions of this Contract; and, (b) Enter into written contracts with Supplier Personnel which contracts require such Supplier Personnel to comply with the provisions of this Contract consistent with the obligations imposed on the Supplier and enforce the same on request by CPR.
