Sub-Contractors and Agents. In addition to the requirements set out elsewhere, the Proponent shall: (a) Ensure that Proponent Personnel comply with the provisions of these RFx Terms; and, (b) Enter into written contracts with Proponent Personnel which contracts require such Proponent Personnel to comply with the provisions of these RFx Terms consistent with the obligations imposed on the Proponent and enforce the same on request by CPR.
