Common use of Sub-Contractors Clause in Contracts

Sub-Contractors. Where a party has sub-contracted its rights or obligations under this Agreement to any third party in accordance with Clause 7.6, references to that party in this Agreement shall, with the exception of Clause 6 and without prejudice to Clause 7.6, include references to any sub-contractor so appointed.

Sub-Contractors. Where the context admits, words and expressions defined in the Station Access Conditions or which fall to be construed in accordance with such Conditions shall bear the same meanings and constructions in this Agreement and the rules of interpretation set out in the Station Access Conditions shall apply throughout this Agreement.
