SUB-CONTRACTS FOR TEMPORARY WORKS ETC. The EMPLOYER may give written consent to Sub- contract for the execution of any part of the WORK at the site, being entered in to by CONTRACTOR provided each individual Sub- contract is submitted to the ENGINEER-IN-CHARGE before being entered into and is approved by him.
