Common use of Sub-Custodian Clause in Contracts

Sub-Custodian. The Mint may, with the prior written consent of the Customer, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld and/or delayed, appoint one or more Sub-Custodians to perform any of its duties under the Agreement, including the custody and safekeeping of Precious Metals. The Mint will, on request, provide the Customer with the name and address of any Sub-Custodian retained by the Mint along with any other information which the Customer may reasonably require concerning the appointment of the Sub-Custodian(s).
