In particular any participants that have pre-existing medical conditions must provide a copy of their fitness to dive signed by a doctor prior to diving and this must be retained by the insured; or for certificated divers the insured must be able demonstrate they have adhered to all local regulations for assessing such divers. 9 General definitions and interpretation The following words will have the same meaning attached each time they appear in this policy in bold type face, whether with a capital first letter or not.
