Sub-License for Alliance Agreements. The Partnership shall sub-license those of its rights and obligations under this Agreement, to any Affiliate of Sanofi or BMS that is a party to any Alliance Agreement, solely for the purposes of permitting such Affiliate to perform its obligations under such Alliance Agreement.
