Sub-Limits. The aggregate amount that the Borrower may utilise under: (a) Clause 3.1(a) (Payments to the Supplier) and Clause 3.1(b) (Reimbursement to the Borrower) shall not exceed US$528,026,844; (b) Clause 3.1(b) (Reimbursement to the Borrower) shall not exceed US$309,543,626; and (c) Clause 3.2(a) (Payments to the Launch Services Provider) shall not exceed US$21,600,000.
