Sub-Loop Feeder Facility Sample Clauses
The Sub-Loop Feeder Facility clause defines the terms and conditions under which a telecommunications provider may access and use specific segments of a network, typically the feeder portion between a central office and a distribution point, to provide services to end users. This clause outlines the technical requirements, access procedures, and any associated charges or responsibilities for maintaining the feeder facility. Its core practical function is to facilitate network sharing and competition by allowing multiple providers to utilize existing infrastructure, thereby reducing duplication of resources and promoting efficient service delivery.
