Sub-Manager Fees. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Schedule shall affect the provisions of the Agreement pursuant to which any Sub-Manager Fees (subject to the requirements of the Investment Guidelines) shall be payable out of the assets managed by such Sub-Managers, which are in addition to any Management Fees payable hereunder.
