Sub-Sublease Term Sample Clauses

Sub-Sublease Term. The term of this Sub-Sublease (the "SUB-SUBLEASE TERM") shall commence on the date (the "SUB-SUBLEASE COMMENCEMENT DATE") that is the later of (i) the date on which both Landlord's and Sublandlord's written consents to this Sub-Sublease have been obtained; (ii) April 1, 2000; or (iii) the date on which Sub-Sublandlord vacates the Sublease Premises, which date shall not be later than May 1, 2000. Not later than March 15, 2000, if Sub-Sublandlord has received the required consents but has not already delivered the Sublease Premises to Sub-Subtenant, Sub-Sublandlord shall notify Sub-Subtenant in writing of the date upon which Sub-Sublandlord intends to deliver the Sublease Premises to Sub-Subtenant. The Sub-Sublease Term shall expire, unless sooner terminated as provided elsewhere in this Sub-Sublease, on October 31, 2002 (the "SUB-SUBLEASE EXPIRATION DATE"). Sub-Sublandlord and Sub-Subtenant shall execute a memorandum setting forth the actual Sub-Sublease Commencement Date within ten (10) business days after the Sub-Sublease Commencement Date. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Sub-Sublease, if Sub-Sublandlord has not delivered the Sub-Sublease Premises to Sub-Subtenant in the required condition by May 1, 2000, Sub-Subtenant shall have the right to terminate this Sub-Sublease, and Sub-Sublandlord promptly shall return to Sub-Subtenant all sums paid by Sub-Subtenant to Sub-Sublandlord in connection with its execution of this Sublease. The foregoing shall be Sub-Subtenant's sole and exclusive remedy if Sub-Sublandlord fails to deliver the Sublease Premises by May 1, 2000.

Sub-Sublease Term. As used herein, subject to receipt of the Consent (as defined in Section 2.3 below), the term of this Sub-Sublease for each Suite (as defined in Section 2.2.1 below) (the “Sub-Sublease Term” for each such Suite) shall commence on the Delivery Date (as defined in Section 2.2.4 below) with respect to each Suite, and shall expire on December 31, 2024 (the “Sub-Sublease Expiration Date”), unless terminated sooner as hereinafter provided.
Sub-Sublease Term. Sub-Sublessor does hereby demise and sublease the Sub- Subleased Premises to Sub-Sublessee and Sub-Sublessee does hereby sublease the Sub- Subleased Premises from Sub-Sublessor commencing on the later to occur of (i) October 1, 2015, or (ii) the day following the consent of both the Lessor and the Sublessor (the “Commencement Xxxx”) and ending on July 31, 2017 (the “Termination Date”), unless sooner terminated pursuant to any provision hereof (the “Term”). Promptly upon the occurrence of the Commencement Date, Sub-Sublessee and Sub- Sublessor shall execute a letter addendum to this Sub-Sublease confirming such Commencement Date.
Sub-Sublease Term. The term of this Sub-sublease (the “Term”) shall commence on the date hereof (the “Commencement Date”) and, subject to the next following sentence and subject to Section 3.2, shall end at 11:59 p.m. (Toronto time) on December 31, 2017. In no event shall the Term extend beyond the date of the termination of the Sublease. If the Sublease is terminated in accordance with its terms (whether by expiry or other termination) this Sub-sublease shall be automatically terminated at the same time as the Sublease is terminated.
Sub-Sublease Term. Subject to Section 2.3 below, the term of this Sub-Sublease ("Sub-Sublease Term")commencing June 15, 2001, shall be contemporaneous with the term of the Lease, as defined therein, except as otherwise provided in this Sub-sublease.

If Sub-Sublandlord has not tendered possession of the Sub-Subleased Premises to Sub-Subtenant on or before October 15, 2016, then Sub-Subtenant, at its sole discretion, shall have the right to terminate this Sub-Sublease by delivering written notice of such termination to Sub-Sublandlord any time before October 31, 2016. There shall be no fee, payment, penalty or other sum due from Sub-Subtenant in connection with Sub-Subtenant’s exercise of its termination right in this Section 3(a). Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, the October 15, 2016 date set forth above shall be extended one day for each day that Sub-Sublandlord is delayed in delivering the Sub-Subleased Premises to Sub-Subtenant due to actions of Sublandlord, it employees, agents, or contractors or Sub-Subtenant or due to casualty or Unavoidable Delay.
Sub-Sublease Term. 5.1 Sub-sublease Term/Occupancy: The Sub-sublease Term and occupancy shall be for the period commencing on May 1, 1999, and continuing through March 31, 2001. In no event shall the Sub-sublease Term extend beyond the Term of the Master Lease.

Sub-Sublease Term. Subject to Sections 4, 5 and 6 below, the term of this Sub-sublease (the “Sub-sublease Term”) shall commence on or before September 18, 2006 (the “Targeted Delivery Date”), and shall expire on October 31, 2009 (the “Expiration Date”), unless terminated sooner in accordance with the terms of this Sub-sublease. On the Targeted Delivery Date Sub-sublandlord shall deliver sole and exclusive possession, free of all parties in possession, of all the Premises. The date on which Sub-sublandlord actually delivers sole and exclusive possession of all the Premises shall constitute the commencement date (the “Commencement Date”). Whether or not the Targeted Delivery Date actually precedes or coincides with Sub-sublandlord’s delivery of the possession of all of the Premises, the parties shall confirm the Commencement Date by a letter agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto, within five (5) business days after the Commencement Date occurs, and Base Rent (as defined in Subsection 7.1 below) shall be due and payable in accordance with Subsection 7.2 and Sub-subtenant shall continue paying Additional Rent (as defined in Subsection 7.3 below).
Sub-Sublease Term. Commencement Date: Upon delivery of possession of any portion of the Demised Premises to Sub-subtenant following receipt of Landlord's consent and Sublessor's consent to this Agreement. Upon delivery of possession of the Demised Premises and receipt of the consents set forth herein, the Commencement Date shall be filled in here: SEPTEMBER 16, 1999. Expiration Date: December 29, 2001.
