Sub-Teams; Designees. From time to time, the Joint Development Committee may establish sub-teams to oversee particular projects or activities, and such sub-teams will be constituted and operate as determined by the JDC. From time to time, the JDC may designate individuals (by name or function) to oversee activities, and such designees will perform such activities as determined by the JDC.
