Common use of SUBADVISORY FEE Clause in Contracts

SUBADVISORY FEE. For the services to be provided by the Subadviser as provided in Paragraph 2 hereof, the Adviser shall pay to the Subadviser an annual fee as set forth on Schedule A to this Agreement. In the case of commencement or termination of this Agreement with respect to the Fund during any calendar month, the fee with respect to the Fund for that month shall be reduced proportionately based upon the number of calendar days during which it is in effect, and the fee shall be computed based on the average daily net assets of the Fund Account for the days during which it is in effect.

For the services to be provided by the Subadviser Subadvisor as provided in Paragraph 2 hereof, the Adviser shall pay to the Subadviser Subadvisor an annual fee as set forth on Schedule A to this Agreement.
