Subawards. A. The University will perform the work contemplated with resources available within its own organization and no portion of the work shall be subawarded except for Subawards expressly identified in the proposal, the Scope of Work or the Budget, or any amendments to the foregoing. The University will incorporate into any Subaward for work identified in this Agreement any provision applicable to the particular Subawardee, including, but not limited to the following:
