Common use of SUBCONSULTANT AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

SUBCONSULTANT AGREEMENT. 1.1. The services to be performed under this Subconsultant Agreement will be performed in connection with the Agreement for _ Services (“Prime Agreement”) between the Consultant and the Arkansas State Highway Commission (“Commission”), dated . __ _ (“Consultant”) and _ (“Subconsultant”) hereby agree that the Subconsultant shall perform the professional and related services as described herein. In consideration for the performance of the professional services the Consultant agrees to compensate (and reimburse, if applicable) the Subconsultant in the manner and at the rate(s) provided herein. 1.2. The definitions of the Prime Agreement, and its provisions relating to the obligations, duties, and rights of subcontractors, or which are otherwise required to be inserted into any subcontracting agreements, are deemed to be part of, and are hereby incorporated by reference into, this Subconsultant Agreement and made binding upon the Subconsultant.
