Common use of Subconsultant Insurance Requirements Clause in Contracts

Subconsultant Insurance Requirements. Consultant shall require and verify that each Subconsultant maintains insurance meeting all requirements of this Agreement throughout the performance of any work relating to the Professional Services by such Subconsultant. Upon request of CivicSD, the Subconsultant shall provide proof to CivicSD that each Subconsultant has in place the insurance required by this Agreement.
