Common use of Subcontract Price Clause in Contracts

Subcontract Price. Contractor shall pay Subcontractor for completion of the Work in accordance with the Subcontract Documents the lump sum of [Subcontract Price] (the “Subcontract Price.”) The Subcontract Price includes all costs and expenses to perform the Work, and associated with the performance of the Work, including, without limitation, (1) all applicable transportation charges, costs and expenses, and (2) all applicable taxes including, without limitation, applicable taxes under any law now existing, or which may hereafter be adopted by federal, state, local or other governmental authorities, taxing the labor, materials, or equipment furnished, or any other tax levied as a result of performance of the Work. The Subcontract Price may be adjusted only as provided for in Article V.
