Subcontracted Services. LPHAs may use all or some of HIV EISO funds to subcontract with other LPHAs or community-based organizations for delivery of EISO Services. LPHA must ensure each subcontractor adheres to the standards, minimum requirements and reporting responsibilities outlined in this Program Element. LPHA must ensure each subcontractor:
(1) Completes an OHA approved planning/reporting document.
(2) Submits fiscal and monitoring data in a timely manner.
(3) Meets the standards outlined in this Program Element.
(4) Submits a strategy map delineating key activities and how they connect to EISO Program goals.
Subcontracted Services. Physician agrees to provide Medical Services to Patients in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and any contract entered into by Corporation with Facilities, third party payors, other health care providers, provider networks, or other entities that provide or arrange for the provision of health services, including without limitation. Nothing in this Agreement will preclude Physician’s ability to “moonlight” so long as he/she abides by the terms of the moonlighting policies set forth in the CMEF General Information for Residents July 1, 2019 Through June 30, 2020 (“CMEF General Information”) which is attached hereto and incorporated by this reference as Exhibit A, and (1) such outside work does not detract from Physician’s obligations to provide Medical Services under this Agreement, and (2) Physician confirms and warrants his/her understanding that services provided outside this Agreement will not be covered under liability insurance of Corporation or eligible for qualified immunity under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
Subcontracted Services. Provider may, directly or through one or more Affiliates, hire or engage one or more subcontractors or other third parties (each, a “Subcontractor”), or cause one or more of its Affiliates, to perform any or all of Provider’s obligations to provide Services under this Agreement; provided, that Provider shall remain ultimately responsible for ensuring that the obligations set forth in this Agreement are satisfied with respect to any Service provided by any Subcontractor or Affiliate.
Subcontracted Services. Contractor shall include but not be limited to providing the subcontracted services defined in Section 14 of this SOW.
Subcontracted Services. Seller acknowledges that work performed at Xxxxxxxx Company will be conducted in full accordance with all provisions and regulations indicated in 29 CFR part 1910-Occupational Safety and Health Standards, and with all applicable federal, state, county and municipal regulations and codes.
Subcontracted Services. Nuance reserves the right to deliver Training Services and/or Implementation Services (defined in Section 5.8 below) directly or via third party subcontractors.
Subcontracted Services. You agree that in the event Zebra provides Subcontracted Services the terms of the Zebra Services Contract will apply.
Subcontracted Services. The purpose of this Agreement is for the County to contract with the Agency for residential group care services only.
Subcontracted Services. Cabaletta Bio acknowledges and agrees that PENN may subcontract with a vendor (each, a “Subcontractor”) for various components of development, manufacturing, and production, including but not limited to, the quality control testing component of the development, manufacturing, and production with Cabaletta Bio’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Subcontracted Services. Subcontracted service costs that have been previously authorized in writing by Authority under a CTO must be substantiated with copies of receipts and invoices from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors. There is no fee, profit, markup, or other additive to these costs.
